Refund policy
We have a 10-calendar day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any return request made after 10 calendar days will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The wig must not have been brushed, combed, styled, washed, altered, or worn.
The shipping fee for returns will be paid by customers unless you have received an incorrect item.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wigzotic.co.uk. Kindly email us a photo of your goods for our reference. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Once we provide the return address, the item must be shipped and a valid tracking number sent to us within 7 calendar days.
Please consult our customer service to ensure you send the package to the correct address.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

**Order Changes and Cancellations**
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order after submission. Once an order is placed, it may not be cancelled or refunded. We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before submitting.
**Damages and Issues**
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can address the issue promptly.
**Exceptions / Non-returnable Items**
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (including special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
**Exchanges**
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have, and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
**Refunds**
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
