Total Delivery Time: Our estimated total delivery time is 10–16 business days. This includes the processing and shipping times outlined above.

We aim to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, including peak shopping seasons and holiday periods, may occasionally affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

 

**Lost, Undeliverable or Returned to Sender Packages Policy**

If your package cannot be successfully delivered and is returned to our facility by the postal service, this may be due to insufficient address information.

This might occur if:

- The shipping address is incomplete or incorrect.

- The carrier cannot deliver safely after an attempt.

- The addressee has moved or refused delivery.

In the event this happens, please note that returned packages are restocked. To ensure the seamless delivery of your desired items, we offer an alternative solution. You will be contacted and will receive store credit, minus a flat £20 restocking fee. This will allow you to repurchase your order with the correct address and ensure a smooth resolution for undelivered orders without further delay or inconvenience.

For the protection of the cardholder, the company reserves the right to ship orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.

We cannot ship to any P.O. boxes.
